Drowned Valley Brewing Outpost
The Outpost is located in the quaint town of Euharlee, Georgia, just a short drive from the original Drowned Valley brewery.
As a longtime fan of Drowned Valley Brewing, I was thrilled to visit their new satellite location, The Outpost, situated along the banks of the picturesque Euharlee Creek. This charming new taproom offers all the beloved Drowned Valley beers I’ve come to know and love, and was a short drive after our hike at Pine Log Creek Trail.
The Outpost is located in the quaint town of Euharlee, Georgia, just a short drive from the original Drowned Valley brewery. While the taproom itself is a bit smaller than the flagship location, the overall experience is no less impressive. Upon arriving, you’re immediately struck by the serene natural setting, with the babbling creek running alongside the property and towering trees providing ample shade.
The interior of The Outpost is cozy and inviting, with a rustic-chic aesthetic that complements the natural setting.
One of my favorite features of The Outpost is the expansive back porch, which offers ample seating and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It’s the perfect spot to sit and sip a cold brew while taking in the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. And for those visiting with little ones, the large lawn and playground area provide plenty of space for the kids to burn off some energy while the adults enjoy their beverages.
The interior of The Outpost is cozy and inviting, with a rustic-chic aesthetic that complements the natural setting. The taproom features the same high-quality Drowned Valley beers I’ve come to know and love, with a rotating selection of fan favorites and seasonal offerings. On my most recent visit, I indulged in the Spicy Pineapple Seltzer, a refreshing and slightly tart offering that perfectly captured the flavors of summer. Jesse opted for the OS Express and the classic Long Gone Blonde ale, both of which are staples in the Drowned Valley lineup and personal favorites of ours.
One of the things that sets The Outpost apart is its proximity to the charming downtown area of Euharlee. This historic town is a true gem, with its quaint shops, local eateries, and the iconic covered bridge that spans the Euharlee Creek. It’s the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll before or after enjoying a few beers at The Outpost.
The overall atmosphere, with its blend of rustic charm and natural beauty, is simply unbeatable.
