Cross-Eyed Owl Brewing Company – Decatur, Alabama
After our trip to Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, we visited Cross-Eyed Owl Brewing Company. Located in downtown Decatur, Cross-Eyed Owl has been producing its signature craft beers since 2018. The brewery had a laid-back atmosphere, a long bar counter, and plenty of outdoor seating. There was a pinball machine there, too!
On tap, you’ll find a rotating selection of craft beers, including IPAs, stouts, sours, and more. Plus, you can enjoy some delicious snacks like pretzels, chips, and cheese sticks. We tried 3 beers: Aloha Tropical Ale, River City Lager, and Float Trip Pineapple Sour. My favorite was the pineapple sour. It was refreshing and crisp! 16-ounce drinks are $6 apiece.
The brewery also has non-alcoholic craft soda options. If you enjoy brewery souvenirs, there were plenty of shirts, stickers, and glasses to choose from. So if you’re in the Decatur area, be sure to check out Cross-Eyed Owl Brewing Company, and enjoy a few cold ones with friends!
